Health & Safety Specialist – INNIO Souer Head Office, Phitsanalouk

Are you passionate about workplace safety and ready to make a real impact? INNIO is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Specialist to join our team at the Souer Head Office in Phitsanalouk. In this role, you will collaborate with our Lead Environmental Health & Safety Professional and report to the Global EHS Manager to develop procedures, manage regulatory compliance, and grow site EHS programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate EHS regulations, INNIO standards, and best practices into business operations.
• Establish and maintain an EHS Management System for recordkeeping, reporting, and data management.
• Inspect workplace activities, identify hazards, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Implement EHS programs and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support consultants and contractors on EHS issues.
• Serve as an active member of the site leadership team.
• Lead projects, identifying key stakeholders and managing deadlines.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or occupational safety (recognized by the Thai Ministry of Labor).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in EHS programs within a manufacturing setting.
• Registered and certified Safety Officer (Professional Level) by the Thai Ministry of Labor.
• Completion of a recognized occupational safety course.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Collaborative team player with leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficient in EHS databases, computer applications, and training delivery.
• Native Thai language skills (for local communication); English proficiency (for HQ communication).
• Impeccable reputation, sense of responsibility, and independent work style.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5%.
• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and initiatives.

Legal Requirements:

• Compliance with Thailand’s local legal requirements for Safety Officers, including registration and certification.
